Carolina Lio, Project Curator

Carolina Lio is a curator, researcher and lecturer based in London and educated between Italy, Sweden (CuratorLab, Konstfack), and England (Curating Contemporary Art MA from Royal College of Art).

Some of the institutions for which she has curated exhibitions and public programmes are: Armenian Center for Contemporary Experimental Art, Yerevan; Beaconsfield Gallery, London; EAC, Montevideo; Fondazione Bevilacqua La Masa, Venice; Goethe-Institut, Sofia; Goldsmiths MFA, London; Hong Kong Arts Centre; Institute of Balearics Studies, Palma de Mallorca; Italian Institute of Culture, Barcelona; and MACBA Museum of Contemporary Art of Barcelona.

She is the director of the curatorial office Looking Forward. In 2020, she joined the curatorial team Visible.
